Linda Langman

Honing a natural rapport and ever-present entrepreneurial spirit, Linda Langman joins the Morrison Group as a highly seasoned professional and longtime valley resident; relocating from Wisconsin to Southern California in the mid 80s. Specializing in single family residences, condos, 1031 exchanges and probates, and more recently in REOs, the Broker Associate [since 2004] is widely known for her valued work ethic, a quality she emulates with professionalism, excellence and integrity.

Prior to joining the Group, Linda was a top producing buyer's agent, having partnered with several of the region's highly regarded independent brands; and with personal sales measuring $8 million annually, her commitment to the success of her clientele is well supported not only by her keen market insight, but in her overall approach to personal service as well.

Linda holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, having also completed Professional Specialization in Quality Control from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Well invested in her career, Linda maintains professional development as an ABR-Accredited Buyers Representative, RSPS-Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, CPV-Certified Property Valuator, and CDRS-Certified Default Resolution Specialist as well.

With two nearly adult sons, Linda enjoys gardening, hiking and stained glass art. She is also an active volunteer with the Math League at Palm Desert High School, along with various school and children's activities.
